ClearPath Adds Two Members to Advisory Board


Washington, D.C. – Wednesday, July 1, 2026 – ClearPath announced that Dr. Mark Peters and Joshua Posamentier have joined ClearPath’s Advisory Board.

“Mark and Joshua bring extensive experience to the Advisory Board, spanning national laboratories, clean energy, biotechnology and finance,” said ClearPath CEO Jeremy Harrell. “Their expertise will help guide ClearPath’s engagement in advancing American energy security, competitiveness and innovation.”

Peters is President and CEO of MITRE, a global not-for-profit technology company operating R&D centers worldwide. He leads technical expertise delivery across AI, aerospace, telecommunications, homeland security, cyber, transportation, defense, intelligence, health and government innovation. Peters is a recognized expert in nuclear energy and national security, with over 25 years of experience leading federally funded R&D centers. In addition to his work at MITRE, he is the incoming President of the American Nuclear Society.

Posamentier is Co-Founder and Managing Partner of Congruent Ventures, a venture capital company focusing on early-stage investments in clean energy, agriculture and sustainable consumption. Drawing on over 29 years of experience spanning Intel, National Semiconductor and his own startup, he brings hands-on technical and operational experience to his investing work.

ClearPath's Advisory Board is composed of experts from diverse fields, including energy innovation, public utilities, energy financing, political operatives, pollsters and former government officials.
