Joshua Posamentier is Co-Founder and Managing Partner of Congruent Ventures, a venture capital company focusing on early-stage investments in clean energy, agriculture and sustainable consumption. Drawing on over 29 years of experience spanning Intel, National Semiconductor and his own startup, he brings hands-on technical and operational experience to his investing work. Before co-founding Congruent Ventures, Josh invested at Prelude Ventures and Intel Capital. He also held operating roles at Intel on wireless chip projects and optical comms, National Semiconductor (acquired by Texas Instruments) in the power and energy space, and served as CEO of Blipstream.
