ClearPath is tracking the implementation of the Energy Act of 2020 and the energy programs of the bipartisan Infrastructure Investment and Jobs Act (IIJA), two marquee pieces of legislation committing billions of dollars to research, development and demonstration for precommercial energy technologies. It is designed specifically to include competitive programs implemented by the Department of Energy authorized and/or funded by the two laws.
