Biography
Jake Kincer develops and manages ClearPath’s nuclear policy portfolio to advance the U.S. role as a global nuclear energy leader. In this capacity, he leads the development of ClearPath’s work on nuclear in export policy, development finance and energy markets. He also works on federal policy to support emerging fusion technology.
Before joining ClearPath, Kincer was a Senior Nuclear Policy Analyst at the Energy for Growth Hub, where he led work on developing global markets for clean energy. This included policy work with international NGOs and country governments. Prior, he worked on U.S. development finance policy and energy poverty issues at the Center for Global Development. His background includes nuclear analysis at the Department of Energy’s EIA, geoeconomics at the Council on Foreign Relations, and reviewing development projects at the Department of the Treasury.

B.A. Economics and a Masters in International Economic Policy from the University of Maryland
