Casey Kelly leads ClearPath’s research portfolio to advance ClearPath’s public thought leadership and support internal strategy and decision-making. In this role, she conducts, commissions, and manages analysis across the organization’s technology portfolios and program areas to inform policy development and shape legislative and regulatory efforts. Casey also co-leads the organization’s electricity market and transmission portfolio. Prior to this role, she held positions in clean fuels policy research and electricity markets consulting.
