Savita “Savvy” Bowman leads ClearPath’s advanced manufacturing and carbon innovation portfolio, focusing on affordable and reliable pathways to deploy clean, firm power through natural gas and carbon capture, utilization, and storage (CCUS), as well as advancing technologies to manage and utilize carbon dioxide through carbon dioxide removal (CDR). She also oversees ClearPath’s work to strengthen America’s industrial base, including steel, concrete, chemicals, and hydrogen. In this role, Savvy drives policy development and leads engagement with policymakers, industry, and key partners to advance durable, market-driven clean energy solutions. Prior to joining ClearPath, Savvy was an asset manager at Tesla, where she managed pre-litigation solar and storage assets across North America. Her background also includes consulting for Pöyry, reviewing the feasibility of biomass energy deployment in Southeast Asia, and the United Nations Development Programme (UNDP), researching the impacts of bauxite mining in Guinea for aluminum production.
