Experienced Director Added to ClearPath Operations Team


Washington, DC – Friday, June 14, 2024 – ClearPath announced Mary Stankus, former Senior Director of Recruitment, Admissions and Operations at The Fund for American Studies (TFAS), has joined its team as Operations Director.

“We are excited to bring on Mary to the ClearPath team,” said Andrea Steiner, Chief Operating Officer. “Her expertise in ensuring a positive and efficient work environment is incredibly valuable to the entire staff and builds on the foundation we have established through our existing operations team.”

In this role Stankus will leverage her operational expertise to optimize internal operations and advance the organization's mission. With a focus on human capital and culture, she will drive initiatives that enhance productivity and employee satisfaction.

Before joining ClearPath Stankus led the outreach, engagement and operations team at The Fund for American Studies for two decades, responsible for ensuring student enrollment goals and developing unique communications plans for various constituent groups. Mary managed the Customer Relationship Management platform, internal project management tools, and program schedule app.
