
ClearPath Expands Agriculture Innovation Policy Team
Washington D.C. – Thursday, August 6th, 2026 – ClearPath announced Elizabeth Stulberg has joined the organization as Program Director of Agriculture Innovation. A research scientist and policy expert with experience spanning Congress, the White House and USDA, Stulberg brings deep expertise in food, agriculture and life science policy to ClearPath's growing agriculture innovation portfolio.

In her role, Stulberg will lead ClearPath’s Agriculture Innovation program, aiming to empower American farmers, foresters and ranchers to lead the world in emissions reduction through innovation, technology and regulatory policy.
Prior to ClearPath, Stulberg was a Principal at Lewis-Burke Associates, where she helped universities and scientific institutions advance their priorities in federal food and agriculture policy. Earlier in her career, she served as Senior Advisor for Food and Life Sciences at the White House Office of Science and Technology Policy, where she led initiatives on microbiome science and agriculture workforce development. She also served as an Agricultural Science Fellow at USDA and spent five years advancing research programs at the Agronomy, Crop and Soil Science Societies of America.
Stulberg holds a Ph.D. and a Master of Science in Molecular, Cellular, and Developmental Biology from Yale University and a Bachelor of Arts in Biology and German Studies from Brown University.
Stulberg joins ClearPath’s reputable team of agriculture innovation research experts, including Dr. Jasmine Yu, Program Manager of Agriculture Innovation and Michael Dennis, Agriculture Innovation Policy Fellow.
