This Code of Conduct applies to everyone attending a ClearPath, Inc. ("ClearPath") event, briefing,
reception, or related gathering, regardless of size. By registering for or attending, you agree to follow it.
Our Expectations
Treat fellow attendees, speakers, staff, and venue personnel with courtesy and respect.
Follow instructions from ClearPath staff and venue personnel, including on safety, security, and access to sessions.
Comply with all applicable laws and venue rules.
Alcohol & Substances
Alcohol may be served at some events — please consume responsibly.
ClearPath and venue staff may refuse alcohol service to anyone who appears intoxicated.
Anyone who becomes visibly intoxicated, disruptive, or unsafe will be asked to leave without refund, and ClearPath may arrange transportation home at the attendee's expense.
Illegal drug use is prohibited.
Not Tolerated
Harassment, discrimination, or intimidation of any kind, including based on race, sex, religion, disability, or other protected characteristic.
Threats, violence, or physical aggression.
Possession of weapons.
Any other conduct that endangers the health or safety of others.
Enforcement
ClearPath may, at its sole discretion, remove anyone from an event immediately for violating this Code — particularly for intoxication, harassment, or safety threats.
Serious or repeated violations may result in exclusion from future ClearPath events.
Reporting a Concern
If you experience or witness a violation, tell any ClearPath staff member on-site, or contact Andrea Steiner, COO - ClearPath.
Assumption of Risk & Liability
Attendance is voluntary. Except for ClearPath's gross negligence or willful misconduct, ClearPath is not liable for personal injury, loss, or property damage arising from your attendance.
