Emily Henn is a member of the government affairs team at ClearPath, working on ClearPath’s outreach and educational priorities on Capitol Hill. Emily educates Members and staff in the House of Representatives to equip them with the tools needed to ensure the United States has access to clean, reliable and affordable energy.
Emily comes to ClearPath as a seasoned Hill aide, with six years of experience in the House of Representatives. Most recently, Emily was the Deputy Chief of Staff and Legislative Director for Rep. Carol Miller (R-WV), a senior member of the Ways and Means Committee and Chair of the Supply Chains Tax Team.
Emily served as Rep. Miller’s policy lead on tax and energy, and served as staff lead for the Congresswoman on the Supply Chains Tax Team. In that role, Emily helped facilitate energy tax discussions within the One Big Beautiful Bill. Emily also led engagement for the bipartisan Congressional Energy Export Caucus, founded by Congresswoman Miller, which focused on bolstering American energy trade.
