Dana Faught works to identify and develop the next generation of talent in the clean energy and climate policy space through the Conservative Climate Leadership Program (CCLP) at ClearPath. She played an instrumental role in the creation and launch of CCLP, which aims to accelerate the careers of bright, promising individuals dedicated to driving forward clean energy policies. In her role as CCLP Director, she strives to help young people identify their passion and develop the necessary skills. She comes to ClearPath from The Fund for American Studies, where she served as the Director of Student Recruitment and Alumni Engagement, traveling across the country to college campuses, career fairs and conferences to recruit candidates for their summer internship programs. Additionally, she coordinated TFAS' student mentor program, facilitated professional development opportunities and organized alumni events nationwide.
