Biography

Chloe Binford researches and advises on new innovation topics and development, educational materials and supporting projects in the agricultural innovation portfolio.

Before joining ClearPath in 2025, Chloe interned for Senator James Lankford (R-OK) and Congressman Josh Brecheen (R-OK), and was a research intern for C3 Solutions. Chloe recently graduated from the University of Mississippi with a degree in Public Policy Leadership. During her time in college, Chloe was a Washington Experience Fellow at the Fund for American Studies (TFAS).
