Ashley Hill serves as Advisor for the ClearPath Conservative Leadership Program (CCLP), working to recruit and develop emerging talent in the clean energy and climate policy space. In this role, Ashley focuses on recruitment, program operations and participant experience as they explore and navigate career pathways across the energy sector. She works to ensure individuals are equipped with the tools and support they need while gaining meaningful exposure to the policy, industry and organizational dynamics shaping the future of energy. Prior to joining ClearPath, Ashley worked across Capitol Hill, private membership organizations and large-scale event operations, where she handled stakeholder engagement, logistics coordination and high-impact program execution.
