Biography

Andrea Steiner leads operations at ClearPath. Since 2015, Andrea has directed ClearPath’s organization and leadership development, human resources and talent management, finance and compliance, development through new initiatives, office administration and strategic initiatives. She is a member of the Executive Leadership team. Andrea also helped drive and launch the Conservative Climate Leadership Program which is dedicated to accelerating the careers of the next generation of climate and clean technology advocates.

Andrea has more than 15 years of leadership experience directing dynamic visions, organizational design, and leadership development with a focus on the nonprofit sector. She is a creative and efficient problem solver with a strategic mindset and practical approach to challenges, analyzing situations at macro and micro-levels, ensuring comprehensive solutions.

Prior to ClearPath, Andrea served as Marketing Director of Camping Services for the YMCA of Greater Charlotte. She also progressed within Cadmus, a Cenveo Company, as an Account Manager, Marketing Specialist, Customer Relationship Manager and Production Controller. She is accredited as a Certified Administrator and Coach from Caliper Essentials and Actualized Performance Cycle.
