Biography

Ashley Higgins is a member of the government affairs team at ClearPath, working on ClearPath’s outreach and educational priorities on Capitol Hill. Ashley educates members and staff in the Senate to ensure they have the tools to advance American energy innovation.

Ashley comes to ClearPath with nearly a decade of experience on Capitol Hill, between both the Senate and House of Representatives. Most recently, Ashley served as the Deputy Legislative Director and Energy Policy Advisor for Senator Dave McCormick (R-PA), leading his Energy and Natural Resources Committee work.

Ashley also worked as Energy Policy Advisor for Senator James Lankford (R-OK), Policy Advisor for the Congressional Western Caucus under Chairman Dan Newhouse (R-WA) and started her career on Capitol Hill with Senator Cory Gardner (R-CO).
