Mary Stankus serves as Operations Director, working to ensure efficiency in the function of the organization’s systems and processes. She builds off of the organization’s foundation of ClearPath being an excellent place to work by fostering a positive work environment and culture, and drives initiatives that enhance productivity and employee satisfaction. Prior to joining ClearPath, Mary led the outreach, engagement and operations team at The Fund for American Studies. She was responsible for ensuring student enrollment goals and developing unique communications plans for various constituent groups.
