Frances Wetherbee coordinates media relations at ClearPath and regularly communicates with energy reporters along with other external stakeholders to educate on and shape the narrative of the clean energy landscape. Frances oversees ClearPath content development through our editorial process. Additionally, she writes the weekly newsletter, The Rundown. Her experience in the news and dynamic media training has aided her in bringing a new outreach perspective to ClearPath’s advocacy portfolio. Before joining ClearPath, Frances was a broadcast producer for local television news at WFMY News 2, producing evening and morning programs. Frances trained in broadcast and reporting at Texas Christian University’s Bob Schieffer College of Communications. While at TCU, she was a reporter and editor for the school’s news publication, TCU 360, working on a multitude of beats and publishing content daily. Frances also worked for a semester with Seacrest Studios, Ryan Seacrest’s foundation of closed circuit network programs located in children’s hospitals nationwide, at Children’s Health in Dallas.
