Casey Kelly is a Policy Associate at ClearPath. As part of ClearPath’s research team, Casey investigates the barriers to clean energy development and deployment to generate insights into the most cost-effective decarbonization pathways.
Prior to this role, Casey was a fellow for the International Council on Clean Transportation where she performed research and developed reports on a variety of transportation fuels and fuels policies.
Her background also includes working as a retail electricity market analyst at TrueLight Energy where she was responsible for developing and managing price and load forecast models for the deregulated electricity markets.
