Ryan Costello served as the representative for Pennsylvania's 6th congressional district from 2015-2019. Ryan is a trusted advisor to both Fortune 500 and smaller companies as well as trade associations and coalitions. He helps formulate and execute their public policy advocacy and strategic communications objectives.
Representative Bice serves Oklahoma's 5th congressional district in the U.S. House. She serves on the House Appropriations Committee, the Committee on House Administration, and the House Committee on Science, Space and Technology.
America's energy demands are rapidly increasing.
Some estimates say the U.S. will need to double the capacity of our grid by 2050 if
there is any chance of meeting net-zero goals. How can we optimize our current grid
to scale electricity in a clean, affordable, and reliable way? Attendees will work in teams and design
their ideal diverse grid with the lowest emissions, based on an assigned geographic location.
Luke Bolar leads external affairs and communications at ClearPath. Luke has helped
grow ClearPath from a scrappy start up think tank to the credible and influential brand
in the energy ecosystem that they are today.

Participants will learn how to close the communication "gaps"
prevalent in today's modern workplace. With up to 5 generations collaborating alongside one
another, it is more important than ever to learn how to communicate in the workplace in the
right ways. With a focus on interpersonal communication, rapport building, and active
listening, participants will be armed with strategies to effectively engage with colleagues,
coworkers, and leaders across their organization and in Washington, DC.

in energy policy could lead, and ask questions.
Andrea Steiner leads operations at ClearPath. Since 2015, Andrea has
directed ClearPath’s organization and leadership development, human resources
and talent management, finance and compliance, and other development
through new initiatives, office administration and strategic initiatives.
