Before joining ClearPath, Luis was the Lead Receptionist at Morning Consult. There, he spearheaded initiatives to update and create working documents, streamlining processes across all four chapters. Luis’s leadership extended beyond administrative tasks; he facilitated, trained and inspired his team, cultivating an environment where each member excelled in their roles and found joy in their work.
