Biography

Leah Baucom is the Human Resources and Operations Manager at ClearPath. In this role, Leah optimizes the backbone systems and processes that run the organization. She creates sound operations in order to advance the mission of ClearPath. Prior to joining ClearPath, Leah was the Human Resources Director at First Choice Masonry, a commercial construction company headquartered in Washington, D.C.

With a collaborative leadership style, Leah fosters a positive work culture that promotes employee engagement and innovation.

B.A. in Human Resources Management from Virginia Commonwealth University.
