Phil Musser joined Boeing as the Senior Vice President for Communications in 2017.
Phil Musser was formerly the President of New Frontier Strategy, a strategic communication and public relations firm founded in 2007. He also co-founded of The Media Group of America, a diversified holding company with interests in media, technology and digital consulting founded in 2013.
For MGA, Phil was Chairman of IMGE a cutting edge, full service digital media agency that works for Fortune 500 companies, major associations, and candidates for political office. MGA also owns the viral news site Independent Journal Review which is one of the largest on-line news destinations in the United States with over 25 million unique visitors monthly.
Phil is a member of the Washington DC Chapter of Young President’s Association (YPO), and several civic and philanthropic associations in the Washington, DC area.
Phil is also an analyst on the political process and he has been quoted in the New York Times, Washington Post, Wall Street Journal, Associated Press, Politico, National Journal and dozens of local publications. Phil has appeared as an analyst on Fox News, CNBC, CNN, MSNBC and nationally broadcast shows like “Face The Nation” and “Squawk Box”.
Previously, he served as Executive Director of the Republican Governor’s Association, and the Senior Vice President of Dutko Worldwide, a top public policy management firm.
From 2001 through 2004, Phil served as Deputy Chief of Staff and Senior Policy Advisor of the U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development. At HUD, Phil managed the development of public policy, a thirty billion dollar budget and served as a key liaison to the White House. He also served as a deputy director of the 2004 G-8 Summit in Sea Island for the U.S. Department of State.
A graduate of Kenyon College with high honors in History, Phil resides in Alexandria, VA with his wife Heather and daughters, Abigail and Alexandra.
