Mark is a Managing Director at ClearPath with a focus on Corporate Development and Finance. Prior to joining ClearPath Mark co-founded Seismic – a business transformation and new venture development company. At Seismic Mark advised and invested in companies in the consumer retail, digital media and technology markets.
Before Seismic, Mark was a Senior Vice President at Bank of America, building a team that developed and drove digital strategy, campaign development and online sales execution. He partnered with Google, Yahoo, AOL, Microsoft and Intuit among others to drive increased customer engagement and online acquisition.
Mark started his career in finance at Brown Brothers Harriman & Co where he focused on M&A and private equity. He began working with technology and media companies when he moved to Hambrecht and Quist, where he advised and also invested in emerging software companies, with a focus on infrastructure, analytics and marketing automation software.
Mark holds a B.A in English Literature from Lafayette College. He has also studied literature at Regents College and economics and politics at the London School of Economics in the U.K.
